MoC officials investigate foreign trade business of Fangxing Rubber
Wu Xiangren, director of the Comprehensive Department of the Ministry of Commerce, and staff went to Dongying, Shandong province, on Sept. 14 to investigate the operation of the city’s commercial works.
During the trip, he went to Fangxing Rubber Co., Ltd. to survey the enterprise’s foreign trade business.
The investigation group visited the enterprise’s high performance green semi-steel radial tire mold factory and learned the development status of the enterprise.
They acknowledged the tire producer’s achievements.
Wu said Dongying has focused on import, nurtured the establishment of new trade types, and played a positive role in addressing trade frictions to exploit the international market.
In the next, he expects the city to accelerate the transformation of the development pattern of foreign trade, combine “bring in” with “going abroad”, upgrade commercial work approaches, and ensure steady, better commercial development.
