Three tire producers among MIIT’s list of modeling green manufacturers
The Energy Conservation and Comprehensive Utilization Bureau of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has published the list of enterprises to be involved in the first batch of green manufacturing system 2017.
There are three tire enterprises among them, namely Wanli Tire Co., Ltd., Shandong Chengshan Tire Co., Ltd., and Ningxia Dadi Circular Development Corp. Ltd.
In the meantime, a number of tire-related enterprises are also on the list, including Greatoo Intelligent Equipment Inc., Himile Mechanical Science & Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd., CITIC Dicastal Co., Ltd., Jiujiang branch of China Sinopec, Huangshan Shangyi Rubber & Plastic Product Co., Ltd., Hebei Risun Coking Chemical Co., Ltd., and Inner Mongolia Shuangxin Environmental Protection Materials Co., Ltd.
MIIT issued a notification in March 2017 asking local authorities to recommend enterprises for the first batch of green manufacturing system construction.
The move aims to accelerate the construction of green manufacturing system, and establish a batch of modeling enterprises of green manufacturing to take the lead in boosting green transformation of relevant sectors.
