Triangle Tire's innovation leading in Shandong Province

Shandong province released the second batch of technical innovation programs for 2017, in which 51 programs are from 19 tire and rubber companies in the province.

There are 15 programs of Triangle Group, such as “the research on improving the vulcanization process of heavy-duty radial tire”.

Triangle Group’s R&D expense on these programs reached 285.68 million yuan, far exceeding that of peer companies.

The tire produce spent 377 million yuan in R&D in 2016, accounting for 5.61% of its sales revenue. The number of R&D personnel took up 13.91% of its total employees.

As a high-tech company in China, Triangle Group has established a corporate technology R&D center, a national engineering lab, a national industrial design center, and is responsible for constituting relevant national and industrial standards.
