Executives of Qingdao Doublestar change
Qingdao Doublestar Co., Ltd. announced Dec. 12 some changes on executives.
Cheng Luxiang, board chairman of the supervisors, retired from the posts of the eighth board chairman of the supervisors and the supervisor. He won’t keep any post in the company.
Doublestar nominated Liu Gang as the candidate supervisor. He used to work as the vice chairman of Qingdao Association of Science and Technology, Shandong, and the director of Qingdao Economic and Information Technology Committee.
He has worked as the chairman of the State-owned Enterprises Supervision Board in Qingdao since Jun. 2017. Liu holds no stake in Doublestar.
The tire producer has also nominated Lu Wei as candidate board member.
Lu now works as the vice general manager of Marine Chemical Research Institute.
The nominations of Liu Gang and Luwei have to be approved by the extraordinary general meeting of Qingdao Doublestar to become effective.
