Shandong Mei Chen Science & Technology changes name to enter environmental protection sector
Shandong Mei Chen Science & Technology Co., Ltd. modified its industrial and commercial registration and received a new license, with its company name officially changed to Shandong Meichen Ecology & Environment Co., Ltd.
The company believes that the change in company name accurately reflects its business structure and development pattern in the future.
With respect to the new license, its business scope still involves non-tire rubber products.
Its annual results in 2016 show that the company’s rubber business earned an operating income of 848 million yuan, accounting for 28.74% of the total; and the profit was 498 million yuan.
Meichen Ecology & Environment purchased Hangzhou Saishi Garden Group Co., Ltd. and successfully diversified into the environmental protection sector.
