India sets up sunset review on Chinese KFM imported.

On February 7, Indian Ministry of Commerce announced that it will establish first sunset review investigation on its anti-dumping tax on its Chinese KFM imported.
It is said that, Indian company Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd. handed in the investigation application.
Involved production were related to Indian Custom Code 3904, but FFKM not included.
On Jan.2 2018, Indian established anti-investigation on Chinese KFM, and finally collected anti-dumping tax since Jan.28 2019.
According to the primary decision, India will collect 18 months of anti-dumping tax on Chinese KFM, which will be ended on July 27,2020.
