China to launch carbon emissions trading market

China will launch a national carbon emissions trading market in 2017, which will provide a new profit source for tire makers with low-emission technologies.
Directed by the National Development and Reform Commission, the carbon emissions trading market for the tire making industry is under construction.
China Rubber Industry Association will hold a training program on carbon trading for tire and carbon black companies.
The training courses will cover topics of the progress of the carbon trading market construction, relative policies, the mechanism and standards for allocating quotas, the calculation of carbon emission volume, the check procedure by a third party, the pilot trading rules, the CCER development, etc.
