Seven tire firms raise products as of Dec. 1

Seven tire manufacturers raised tire prices from December 1, mostly by 2-3 percent.
These companies include Haoyu Tire, Huifeng Tire, Qicheng Tire, Jinyu Tire, Shenzhou Tire, Jiangsu General Science Technology and Zhonghao Changrong Tire.
Jiangsu General Science Technology said it would raise price further on December 15.
The tire firms attributed the price increase mainly to higher raw material prices, rising production costs, higher fuel gas prices and limited production under environmental protection policies.
