China abolished market access for tire companies
Recently, China's Industry and Informational Ministry announced that China abolished 26 documents of market access systems for material industries.
There were three documents canceled, including Tire Industry Access System, Tire Industry Access & Management System and Tire Industry Access System for Tire Companies.
During 2014 to 2016, the ministry drew up Tire Industry Access System Documents to control tire production growing fast, and approved the first batch of tire companies entering.
An insider said, it was a very important governance transform for China to repeal market access systems.
In past times, when production capacity over suppling in some industry, China's government would publish new rules to restrict market competition.
After cancellation, the ministry said industry association should bring into full play and strengthen self-discipline construction.
