Relevant materials also analyzed the political and economic relationship, economic development and social stability, geopolitics, trade complementarity, industry linkage, and rivals betweenChinaand the export destinations.

The roadmap aims to give full consideration and assessment on export opportunities and risks ofChina’s enterprises, put forward targeted advices on each of the economies, and help enterprises seize the export opportunities and exploit market potential.

Some Chinese tire and rubber companies usually encountered with unexpected issues and difficulties while going global due to unfamiliar with the situation, culture and trade policies of other countries.

According to the roadmap, the newUSadministration’s protective trade policies will bring about negative impacts on Sino-US trade, and the chemical, steel and rubber industries are increasingly likely to confront anti-dumping and anti-subsidy probes.

Over the past few years, the offshoring strategy adopted by domestic rubber and tire industry was in accordance with the trade route indicated in the roadmap.

Countries and regions along the Belt and Road initiative have become the major offshoring destinations ofChina’s tire and rubber industry due to comparatively low factor costs and rich raw material resources.
