Statistics show that in Nov., Linglong, Giti, and Chaoyang were the top three brands on the most popular tire list of e-commerce platforms of Alibaba Group.


B.Most popular products

Michelin ENERGY XM2 205/55R16 91V was the most popular tire model on the e-commerce platforms of Alibaba Group by sales volume, which was 5,557 tires.

Michelin 195/65R15 91V PRIMACY 3ST ranked the second and 4,369 tires were sold.

Micheline PRIMACY 3ST 205/55R16 91W ranked the third, with a sales volume of 3,626 tires.

Giti SUV520 225/65R17 ranked the fourth, with a sales volume of 3,220 tires.

Giti WINGRO 165/70R13 ranked the fifth, with a sales volume of 3,043 tires.


C.Distribution of Tire Prices

In Nov., the most popular tires by sales volume were generally in the100-150 yuan, 200-300 yuan, and 300-400 yuan price areas.

Sales volumes of the three price areas have all exceeded 17,000 tires.

Credit ratings over popular tire flagship stores on Tmall.com in Nov. were the same as the past months.

Consumers’ ratings for the degree of product narrative matching with the real goods, attitude of the sellers, and the time sellers take to deliver the tires were all satisfactory.

B.Popularity of Brands on Search Engine

In Nov., Tutu Auto Accessories Flagship Store ranked the first in terms of most popular key words on the search engine of Tmall.com., Michelin Tyreplus Flagship Store ranked the second, and it was followed by Doublestar.

C.Locations of Online Tire Retailers

In Nov., Shanghai was the most active location where most online tire retailers gathered, with a market share of 29%; Guangdong province and Shandong province ranked the second and the third, respectively, with market shares of 23% and 15%.

In addition, Beijing and Zhejiang province developed well and the proportions of online tire retailers from the two localities ranked the fourth and the fifth.
