Jinneng Science & Technology Company postpone carbon black project

On Feb.19, Jinneng Science & Technology Company announced that the company planned to postpone its carbon black recycle project into completion a year later.
According to the schedule, the company planed to invested 6.8 billion yuan to complete 900,000 tons/year of PDH production line and 8 units of 60,000 tons/year of carbon black recycle production lines in 2010.
The company said the whole project covers large areas, including parts of sea land, which was needed more time to finish related procedures.
Until now, the company has got through related certifications and started construction, and expected to come into operation by April 2021.
