Hangzhou Kaineng Rubber went bankruptcy

Recently, Hangzhou Court announced that Hangzhou Kaineng Rubber went into bankruptcy.
Kaineng Rubber was suited by Hangzhou Fuyang Middle & Small Companies Insurance Co.,Ltd. that the company borrowed over 13 million yuan from the latter, and hasn't paid back yet.
According to open files, Kaineng Rubber has been entangled by 13 cases, with over 38 million yuan of total debt in all, and went into the court injunction enforce.
Kaineng Rubber was founded in January 2010, mainly producing EPDM Recycled Rubber, water hose and sealing strips.
