Haian Rubber reaches 13,000 units/year of Giant OTR Tyre production

Haian Rubber has abilities to produce all size of Giant OTR Tyres from 49-inches 27.00R49 Giant OTR Tyre to the largest 59/80R63 tires in the world, said Zhu Hui, chairman of Haian Rubber Co.,Ltd.

Zhu said the company could produce 4 billion yuan of Giant OTR Tyres every year now, and planned to reach 10 billion yuan in the next three years, and became the fourth largest Giant OTR Tyres Producer in the world.

Hua Zhenhua, General Engineer in Haian Rubber said the company invested 10% of sales revenue into technology research to guarantee engineer tire's demand in the world.

"We are the only company could produce over 57-inches engineer tires in China," Huang said.

In that case, not only Chinese clients from Liaoning Province, Jiangxi Province, Inner Mongolia etc., but also international customers from large iron stone exporters like U.S., Australia, Brazil and so on, are running to sign contract with the company.

Fujian Haian Rubber Co., Ltd was founded in December, 2005, is located in Fengting industry Park of Xianyou Country. It occupies an area of 78 acres. Haian Group is specialized in the production of Gaint Radial OTR tyres and owns advanced technology and abundant fund. Now it become the biggest giant radial OTR tyre manufacturer in China.

Haian Rubber has grown from mining tires supply and service contract business in sites. Haian Rubber has provided mining tire service for over 160 mine site in the work, wht more than 1200 skilled tyre service employees.

In June 30th, the first giant radial OTR tire 37.00R57 is available in Haian Rubber. It is the first one in China, acknowledged as ‘The First Giant Radial OTR Tyre In China’. Haian opened an OTR tyre Era of China.
