Shandong Haihua sold white carbon black factory for 55,670,000 yuan
On March 16, Shandong Haihua Co.,Ltd announced that the company has sold its white carbon black factory for 55,675,500 yuan.
The sold factory included two lands and its fixed assets & inventory on the lands.
The company has received the payment, which could increase 30 million yuan of net profit in 2018.
Shandong Haihua Group Co., Ltd. was established in August 1995，joined by the former Weifang Soda Ash Factory and Shandong Yangkou Salt Field both of which are state-owned large enterprises. Shandong Haihua Group Co., Ltd. is an extra large-size modern enterprise mainly involved in developing the ocean chemical industry and petrochemical industry while integrating the related scientific research, industry and trade, and is one of the “120 National Experimental Enterprise Groups”.
