Jiangsu General Technology establishes US tyremaking subsidiary
Jiangsu General Technology Co., Ltd. is establishing a wholly-owned subsidiary in the Georgia, US, which is likely to be called General Rubber (North America) Limited.
According to official filings, the goal behind the move is to “promote the international development of the company, enhance the ability of R&D technology innovation and improve the construction of marketing channels.”
In addition General Rubber says its aims to expand its business in the US and North American market. The firm also wants to develop its brand image “so as to continuously enhance the company’s comprehensive competitiveness” and recognises that it will have to attract “high-end talent” in order to achieve these goals.
Company capital has been registered as not exceeding US$5 million.
