Hixih Rubber expands production
Hixih Rubber Industry Group said on Mar. 7 that in 2017, the company will make effort to push forward the construction of some large projects.
Included are a high-performance passenger car tire project with annual capacity of 12 million sets, a heavy-duty tire expansion project with annual capacity of 2 million sets, and Hixih Rubber Sci. & Tech. Center project.
The firm aims to implement the development strategy driven by innovation, openness and large projects, in a bid to increase the industrial scale of its brands.
Established in 1989, Hixih has been focusing on the rubber industry and diversified into a variety of sectors.
The firm has cooperated with a number of Fourtune 500 companies, including Pirelli, Goodyear, Carlyle Group, Continental, and Bekaert.
Tongli Tire Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Hixih and focuses on the R&D, production and sale of mid- and high-end truck and bus tires.
The Pirelli Yanzhou factory jointly established by Hixih and Pirelli was the largest investment program made by Italy in China.
