Zhejiang Xiantong Rubber & Plastic sets up wholly-owned subsidiary

Zhejiang Xiantong Rubber & Plastic Co., Ltd. announced on Feb. 14 that its wholly-owned subsidiary had completed the industrial and commercial registration and received the business license issued by the market supervision authority of Xianju county, Zhejiang province.
The new company, named Zhejiang Wuxing Rubber & Plastic Co., Ltd., is a limited liability company wholly invested by Li Qifu, the legal person.
With a registered capital of 30 million yuan, the firm was established on Feb. 6, 2017.
The scope of operations include the design, production, sale and technical consultation of sealing elements and trimming for vehicles, aircrafts, vessels and household appliances; as well as the import and export of goods and technology.
