Kimeery launches tire label in China

Kimeery (Xiamen) Intelligent Technology Co., based in Fujian province, southeast China, has launched the latest RFID label “K-LT001” for tires.

The new label, 95mmX35mmX2.7mm in size and 6.6g in weight, can work within 902-928MHz under both EPC Gen 2 and ISO 18000-6C RFID.
The tire label contains a storage chip that writes 128-bit electronic product codes (EPC) and a 512-bit user chip.
The label can erase and read in data for 100,000 times and store them for 50 years.
The label can read as far as 6 meters and work under temperatures between -40
and 150.
The label complies with ROHS rules and can be printed with company logos. It applies to tires, auto makers and can be used in vehicle management, Kimeery said.
