Chaoyang Black Cat project runs into operation

On Nov.22, Jiangxi Black Cat announced that its Chaoyang project has nearly completed, and planned to start trial operation soon.
Chaoyang Black Cat, located in Chaoyang Liaoning Province, named Chaoyang Black Cat WuxingQi Carbon Black Co.,Ltd.
After completion, Chaoyang Black Cat could reach 80,000 tons/year of production, the company said.
