General Science & Technology develops green tires with colleges

Jiangsu General Science Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing University of Chemical Technology, the Institute of Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and other strategic suppliers held Sept. 21 a signing ceremony for collaborative innovation of green tires.
The concerning parties will launch a number of research subjects on the basis of green tire and advanced material research center.
Gu Cui, board chairman of General Science and Technology, said the company sticks to innovation and is committed to producing quality products.
Currently, the tire producer is constructing the third phase all-steel radial tire production project, with designed capacity of 1.2 million per year.
