Zhejiang Double Arrow Rubber Completes Purchase of Australian Company

Zhejiang Double Arrow Rubber Co., Ltd. announced on April 1 that it received the notification from Australia-based International Conveyor Products Pty Ltd. (ICP) that the procedure for equity transfer had been completed.
After the equity transfer, ICP becomes a controlling subsidiary of Double Arrow, whom will take the opportunity to expand the overseas market and increase exports.
The board of Double Arrow agreed to purchase a 60% equity in ICP for 2,437,337.6 Australian dollars to facilitate the Chinese company’s conveyor export business.
Established in 2007, ICP sells conveyors of all categories.
