Aeolus Tyre Sets up Wholly-owned Subsidiary
Jiaozuo Aeolus Tyre Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aeolus Tyre Co., Ltd., has completed commercial registration and received business license.
Aeolus Tyre is to inject its passenger car tire assets and related liability in the subsidiary. During Aeolus Tyre’s merger with Pirelli, the latter will set up a subsidiary as well and inject its industry tire assets in the subsidiary.
Then, Aeolus Tyre will switch its stake in Jiaozuo Aeolus with Pirelli’s stake in its own subsidiary, thereby realizing its goal of swapping industry tire assets in and passenger car tire assets out.
Business registration information of Jiaozuo Aeolus Tyre shows that Zhang Xiaoxin is the legal representative of the company, whose registered capital is 100 million yuan and the date of establishment was April 15, 2016.
