Doublestar, China Recycling Development Diversify into Recycling Industry

Doublestar Group and China Recycling Development Co., Ltd. have inked a strategic cooperation agreement in Qingdao, Shandong province.

The two sides plan to diversify into the resources recycling industry.

They expect to establish Zhong Zai Yi Ke Si Da Group Co., Ltd. (Headquarters) jointly in Qingdao.

After the establishment of the joint-venture, it will set up a rubber and plastic cracking intelligent equipment factory and a rubber and plastic cracking technology sales company in Qingdao, and 100 to 200 rubber and plastic cracking bases and plants nationwide.

They aims to create a modern corporation integrating technical R&D, machine building, marketing, as well as platform services.

China Recycling Development Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of China Co-op.

Over the past few years, the company has made some achievements in creating resource recycling system and large recycling industrial bases.

Doublestar Group has solved nine difficulties concerning rubber and plastic recycling with the help of global industrial experts.

The group invented intelligent rubber and plastic cracking equipment with "zero emission and complete utilization" and is capable of transforming scrap tires and waste plastics into oil, carbon black and color batch.

The two sides will also cooperate in the fields of industrial waste and environment supervision, discuss the disposal of hazardous waste, and make effort to become an appointed hazardous waste disposing company by the government.
