Statistics show that on this year’s “Single’s Day”, Nov. 11, Doublestar tires ranked the first among the hot items of tire brands in China’s leading B2C e-commerce web portal Tmall.com.
Snow tires of Doublestar sold especially well in the online shopping spree. Among the top 200 most popular snow tire models in Tmall.com, 18 models belonged to Doublestar.
The number of Doublestar’s “hot items” was more than the combination of the other two renowned tire brands.
Doublestar launched its online activities in advance to boost its sales on Nov. 11.
In the ranking of preliminary activity trade index of Tmall’s tire brand flagship stores, Doublestar ranked the first.
The company attributed its achievement to the ecosystem construction of Service 4.0.
The ecosystem has integrated online and offline quality services. Users could order online and enjoy a number of services, and the logistics system has covered the entire country.
In addition, Doublestar’s mobile service vans nationwide are capable of realizing fast door-to-door delivery and installation; and the 5,000 some service outlets offer professional tire installation and car maintenance services.
