China National Development and Reform Commission: Next auto enterprise punished after Benz due to monopoly will be announced soon
In April 23rd, Jiangsu Price Bureau announced to fine Benz auto for 0.35 billion Yuan for monopoly and distributors in Nanjing, Wuxi and Suzhou for total 7.869 million Yuan. Benz auto has announced officially to accept the punishment and formulated specific remediation plan, which has been recognized by law enforcement agencies.
The staff of China National Development and Reform Commission told reporter that new auto enterprise punished after Benz due to monopoly would be announced soon and related work would be carried out for long time.
Industry analyst figure new auto enterprise punished would possibly be joint venture brand or self-owned brand because law enforcement department emphasized for many times antitrust law enforcement is fair for domestic and foreign auto enterprises.
