Longxing Chemical Stock ended a major asset consolidation recently.
It planned to acquire 100% of an overseas firm and the latter controlled huge education resources, which needed to be selected and spilt off. Over this, it failed to reach an agreement with the target.
It expected to introduce advanced and mature technology and business mode via acquiring premium US assets this time. The target also made substantial progresses in establishing a related platform with concerned Chinese parties.
