Statistics showed that China produced 2,087,000 units of autos in May 2017, monthly down by 2.40%, and sold 2,096,000 units at the same time, monthly up by 0.58%.
With China's auto production and sale decreasing, China's demand for natural rubber is also weaken.
In May 2017,China produced 87,033,000 units of rubber tires, yearly rising by 4.1%.
In the past five months, China accumulated produced 394,488,000 units of tires, yearly increasing 8.7%.
Currently, large tire factories operate stable, but small tire factories suffered from capital pressure and green environment policy affection, and showed low production activity.
Analysts predicted that China would produce 635 million units of tires in 2017, yearly rising by 4.1% and rubber consumption would reach over 9,600,000 tons, yearly increasing 4%.
