EC not to impose provisional anti-subsidy duties on Chinese TBRs

he European Commission has decided not to impose provisional countervailing anti-subsidy duties on certain new and retreaded truck and bus tires originating in the People’s Republic of China.
The decision, announced 13 July, covers only the anti-subsidy part of its proceedings concerning imports of TBR tires from China.
As such, the decision is understood to be separate from – and not to affect* - the anti-dumping tariffs against these imports, as announced on 4 May.
