On Oct. 14, U.S. Department of Commerce made preliminary determination on China's certain new pneumatic off-the-road tires' anti-dumping administrative review.

11、Trelleborg Wheel Systems (Xingtai) China, Co. Ltd.

C、Trelleborg Wheel Systems Hebei Co. has no trade during investigation.
On August 6 2007, the DOC announced to the institution of an investigation and commencement of preliminary phase antidumping duty (AD) investigation of China's new pneumatic off-the-road tires. On July 15 2008, the DOC announced the final ruling. On November 9 2015, the DOC started administrative review on former case.
