In 2017, Shandong's manufacture industry suffered 51 units of international trade investigations from 15 countries and districts, referring 2.42 billion dollars and 1891 companies.
Tire production is one of main investigated productions.
In 2017, Shandong tire manufacturers suffered three investigation from Turkey and EU, referring 770 miilion dollars, taking 31.8% of Shandong total investigated amount, only behind investigated aluminum products.
