China releases auto tire brand rankings for 2017
The release conference of China Brand Power Index (C-BPI) 2017 was held on Apr. 11 in Beijing. The organizer also released the rankings of auto tire brands.
In 2017, a total of 11 tire brands are involved in the rankings, with Michelin, Bridgestone, Dunlop, Goodyear and Hankook ranking the top five as in 2016.
The ranking of Chaoyang is down three slots, falling out of the top 10; Kumho gets into the top six; Doublestar ranks the seventh, but it is the top Chinese brand; and Huili is down two slots in eighth.
Pirelli and Triangle rank the ninth and the tenth.
C-BPI is to reflect consumers’ purchase behavior base on Chinese consumers’ reviews on the products they use or own.
As an annual investigation item with continuity, C-BPI was launched in 2011.
