Chinese tire factory keeps low operation rate

With China demand decreasing and tire stock increasing, Chinese tire manufacturers, especially in Shandong Province，kept lowering their operation rate in recent months. 

It is said that part of tire companies had no more than 70% of operation rate, and some companies stayed at lay-off。

Full-steel tire companies in Shandong Province had only 59.29% of operation rate, monthly decreasing 2.86 percentage and yearly jumping off 2.72 percentage. And most of them had over 40 days of tire stock. 

Meanwhile, Chinese half-steel tire companies also lowered their operation rate to 65.42%, monthly down 0.93 percentage and yearly down 4.24 percentage.
