China tire export first showed growth in 2020

China Customs released its tire export data of July on August 24.

Statistics showed that China exported 620,000 tons of rubber tires, showing monthly growth and yearly increase in July. Actually, its export value monthly increased to 9.656 billion yuan, but year-on-year decreasing 3.4%.

Amongst, there were 600,000 tons of new pneumatic tyres exported in July, yearly rising by 2.5%, but export value down by 3.8% to 9.22 billion yuan.

On the side of export units, there were 47,290,000 tons of  new pneumatic tyres exported in July, monthly climbing up 10,990,000 units, and yearly up 1.7%.

Accumulated decreasing narrowed  

With oversea market's demand recovered since June, China's tire export order showed largely growth.

In that case, China's tire export decline was gradually narrowed. Statistics showed that there were accumulated 3,210,000 tons of tires exported overseas in the first seven months of 2020, yearly declining 15.4%, and realized 50.659 billion yuan of export value, yearly decreasing 18.9%。

Amongst, there were accumulated 3,080,000 tons of new pneumatic tyres exported during January to July, yearly sliding 15.7%, and export value decreased 19.5% to 48.249 billion yuan.

On the side of export units, there were 244 million units of new pneumatic tyres exported during January to July, yearly declining 17.5%.

However, global pandemic was still in outbreak in   America, Brazil, Mexico, India and so on. Adding international trade conflict increasing, China's tire export still faces a lot of uncertain.
