China Shunda Science Technology starts new environmental production program in Hunan Province

Recently, China Shunda Science Technology Company starts an environmental production program in Hengyang, Hunan Province.

With a total investment of 200 million yuan, the program was scheduled to produce 30,000 tons/year of softener, plasticizer and deodorant for reclaimed rubber.

China Shunda Science Technology Company is a science, industrial and trade enterprise registered in Beijing, China, Membership of China Tyre Recycling Association and China Rubber Industry Association. The company also successfully obtained the import-export rights issued by The Chinese Ministry of Commerce.The independent customs inspection issued by the China Entry-Exit Inspection & Quarantine, and China Customs General Administration Of Customs.  

China Shunda Science Technology Company professes in research, development & manufacture odorless special environmental reclaimed rubber softener, the factory located in Fangshan District, Beijing. The factory covers 40,000 square meters. By using the imported Automatic production assembly line, the softener monthly capacity is around 2000- metric tons. The softener passed the PONY & SGS test:  18 items of PAHs (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons) content less than 10mg/kg, the heavy metal no detected, comply with the standard of REACH by EU, & certificated by China Quality Certification Center (CQC).

The EU environmental type softener recommend by China Tyre Recycling Association for reclaimed rubber additives in China. This product research & develop by our own, this technology issued by State Intellectual Property Office of P. R. China. The patent No.: 201510136959.2

In addition, China Shunda Science Technology Company also professes in research, development & manufacture of reclaimed rubber color stabilizer and the color stabilizer for rubber products,  in order to solve the blue color of the problem of reclaimed rubber and it’s products from the fundamental solution.
