US decreased anti-dumping tax on Zhongwei Rubber again

On March 5, US' MOC released annual review result and decreased anti-dumping tax on Weihai Zhongwei Rubber Co.,Ltd to 1.45%.
The new tax will be executed on the company's OTR tires from September 1 2016 TO August 31 2017.
In 2015, US decided to collect 91.3% of anti-dumping tax on Zhongwei Rubber, and decreased to 70.55% after MOC reviewing in April 2016.
Weihai Zhongwei Rubber applies for a suit in U.S. , which helped itself blow the tax down to 33.58%.
The company insisted to apply for an argument in annual review, and finally got 1.45% of tax result.
Zhongwei Rubber is a special tire manufacturer in China, owning several brands such as Zowin, Haulmax, SolidTrac and so on.
