Wanhua Yan resigned from Sailun Jinyu Group

Qingdao Sailun Jinyu Group announced on September 15 that Wanhua Yan, president of Sailun Jinyu Group Co.,Ltd, has resigned from the company.

Mr.Yan Wanhua also resigned as member of Strategy Committee in the board, member of Audit Committee and member of Nominating committee.

Mr Yan is still kept as vice chairman of Sailun Jinyu Group. Besides, he also served as chairman of Shandong Jinyu Industrial Co.,Ltd., Executive director of Shandong Sailun Jinyu Sales Company, executive director of Qingdao Bolu Kailong Tire Co.,Ltd, Chairman of Shenyang Heping Radial Tire Manufacture Co.,Ltd., Chairman of Saiya Tire Test Co.,Ltd.

Sailun Jinyu Group has been suffered frequently management change since the beginning of 2018.

On March 21, Yang Dehua (board director), Ding Feng (Vice president), Sun Jianqiang (Independent board director) resigned. 

On June 15, Liu Zhiyuan, vice president of Sailun Jinyu resigned.

On August 3, Zhou Tainting, vice president and board director of Sailun Jinyu resigned as boars director.

On September 7, Du Yu dai, chairman of Sailun Jinyu Group resigned.

On September 10, Yuan Zhongxue was appointed to be new chairman of Sailun Jinyu Group.
