Guizhou Tire realized profit in Q1' 2018

On April 16, Guizhou Tire announced its revenue prediction in the first quarter of 2018.
The company said that it is expected to create 3-5 million yuan of net profit in the first three months.
According to 2017's report, Guizhou Tire realized 115 million yuan of net profit in 2017's first three months, adding 150 million yuan of compensation for removal from Guizhou government.
If deducting the compensation, the company was in red at the same time of 2017。
The company said that Guizhou Tire had completed its relocation program，and production capacity promoted cost reducing.
On the other hand, the company's gross profit rose due to tire ex-factory price growing too.
