Aeolus tire perfomed bad in 2017
On January 27, Aeolus tire announced its 2017 annual report prediction.
The report said that the company is predicted to loss 443 million yuan and 485 million yuan in 2017.
Effected by environment protection, the company adjusted its operation plan in the fourth quarter of 2017, closing parts of production line. In that case, the company might suffered a huge loss during Sept.--Dem..
The company said that surging raw material price is one of main reason leading to their huge deficit.
At the same time, the company's export and service market both met bottleneck, which effected their revenue.
Besides, during the the company integrating with Pirelli Industry Tire, the company invested large on new production and production upgrade, which increased its brand channel's expenditure.
