Shenzhou Tire in short of delivery
“Orders for tires rushed to us and we have to deliver the tires half a year later,” said Chen Gang, general manager of Ningxia Shenzhou Tire Co., Ltd.
In Nov., the company received orders for 360,000 tires, while its production capacity is only 180,000 tires currently.
The Shenzhou Tire project has been recorded as one of the achievements made by Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region’s supply-side reform.
Shenzhou Tire is a subsidiary of Ningxia Dadi Circular Development Co., Ltd.
The tire production project has a designed capacity of 20.1 million radial tires, including 10 million all-steel tires, 10 million semi-steel tires and 100,000 aviation tires.
The first-phase 2.4-million all-steel tire production project went into operation in 2015 and the second- and third-phase projects are under construction.
