Zhongce Rubber announces to move factory
Hangzhou Zhongce Rubber Group announced lately that they will adjust the industrial planning for Xiashan production base in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province.
In the next, all the capacity of its Chaoyang subsidiary and a part of capacity of Zhongce Rubber will be moved out from Hangzhou Economic and Technical Development Zone.
A person in charge in Zhongce Rubber Group said since 2017, the enterprise has moved the production sectors out, including tire, inner tire, bias tire, and engineering tire.
It plans to move some 30% capacity away in 2017 and 30%-40% away in 2018.
The move is expected to be finished by end-2020.
Moreover, the person said the capacity of Chaoyang subsidiary will be moved: the Block B for rubber mixing will be closed in 2017, and the production in Block A for rubber mixing will be closed gradually till 2020.
In addition, other production lines of Chaoyang subsidiary will be transferred step by step till the end of 2021.
