New production lines of Yonghua Environmental Protection involved in key programs of Yibin

Yonghua Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. has completed the construction of scrap tire processing lines.

The construction of Yonghua Environmental Protection’s scrap tire, waste plastic comprehensive utilization devices is a key program in Yibin, Sichuan province.

The company researches, develops, produces and sells CJB-10C scrap tire (rubber) environmental friendly processing devices and CJB-8A medical waste (waste rubber, waste plastic) environmental friendly processing devices.

The company also uses these devices to refine oil from waste tire (rubber) and medical waste.

The scrap tire program of Yonghua Environmental Protection was transferred by Sichuan Yuanhang Industry & Trade Co., Ltd..

Yunnan Minglei Industrial Co., Ltd. inked an equity transfer agreement in May 2016 with Yonghua Environmental Protection to transfer 100% shares to the latter.

Sichuan Yuanhang Industry & Trade was solely invested and established by Yunnan Minglei Industrial for 60 million yuan.

The program was initiated in 2012, but failed to be completed until last year.

With the support and coordination by local government, the program was transferred to Yonghua Environmental Protection.

With an overall investment of 180 million yuan, the program takes an area of 90 mu, including 5 production lines for waste rubber (tire) and waste plastic processing and recycling equipment with annual capacity of 50 units, 2 production lines for medical waste processing and comprehensive utilization equipment with annual capacity of 30 units, 4-5 production lines for renewable resources, 1 production line for carbon black processing, 1 production line for waste wire compression, and 1 production line for medical waste processing equipment.
