Tire product found substandard

A certain kind of radial tire for light truck produced by Shandong Yongtai Group has been found substandard in strength in a sampling inspection conducted by Chinese regulator.
China’s Certification and Accreditation Administration revoked the CCC certification, namely China Compulsory Certification, of the product.

In 2016, under the direction of the Certification and Accreditation Administration of China, quality regulators of Chinese local governments inspected 2,044 batches of products of 1,321 manufacturers, among which 152 batches were substandard.
Shandong Yongtai Group was the only tire maker that was found with substandard product in this round of sampling inspection.
