Sailun Jinyu Group Produces the World's Largest Radial Tire

The 63-inch huge radial tire produced by Sailun Jinyu Group successfully came off the production line on Aug. 1.

63-inch is so far the world's largest tire size, Triangle Group and Haian Group also have such product.

The board of Sailun Jinyu passed in 2011 the Agenda for Investment in Huge Engineering Radial Tire Project.

The project, with an estimated investment of no excess of 200 million yuan, aimed at producing huge engineering radial tires of and above 49-inch, and the construction duration would be 18 months.

Sailun Jinyu Group is a professional company for tire research, development and manufacturing and was established on the basis of Sailun Co., Ltd. and Shandong Jinyu Industrial Co., Ltd.

So far, the company's annual capacities include 4.2 million all-steel radial tires, more than 35 million semi-steel radial tires, and off-the-road tires of more than 40,000 tons.

Its key brands, namely Sai Lun and Jin Yu, have been sold to more than 100 foreign countries and regions.

The company has modern tire manufacturing plants inQingdaoand Dongying of Shandong province, Shenyang of Liaoning province, andVietnam; it also has a natural rubber processing base inThailandas well as sales networks and logistics centers in Canada and Britain.
