Doublestar Tire Enlisted in Smart Manufacuturing Pilot of MIIT
China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology published the pilot programs of its smart manufacturing demonstration in Jun. 17-23, including 64 programs, in which Doublestar Tire's "green tire smart manufacturing pilot" was one of them.
So far, two tire companies had their programs included in the pilot of MIIT.
In 2015, Sailun Jinyu Group's " smart tire factory pilot" was involved in the program.
Tire industry is a priority of smart manufacturing supported by MIIT, who will not only pilot smart tire factory construction to promote information exchange and intellectual coordination of the entire industry chain and entire value chain, but also encourage the development of e-commerce and other emerging industries.
In the next, MIIT will work on smart manufacturing development strategy, conduct smart reform in key sectors, and establish smart manufacturing standardization system.
In addition, promoting exchange of smart manufacturing experiences, demonstrating pilot programs of smart manufacturing, and launching annual assessment and conclusion related to the specific program will be on top of MIIT's agenda.
