China’s Largest Engineering Radial Tire Comes on Stream in Shandong

China’s largest engineering radial tire successfully came on stream in the manufacturing plant of Triangle (Weihai) Huasheng Tire in Shandong province.

The giant tire was researched and developed by Triangle Group with unit weight at 5.6 tonnes, unit load at 82.5 tonnes, and fastest speed at 50KM/H, and is mainly applied in transport by rigid dump truck weighs above 300 tonnes.

With outstanding tractive performance, the tire ensures comfortable driving experience as well as long duration because of deep tread pattern and low fuel consumption.

Triangle Tyre produced its first engineering radial tire in Nov. 2002 and targeted at world’s leading R&D in tire technologies, structure, tread, materials, and formulas.

The new giant tire has integrated Triangle Tyre’s innovative achievements in technicalroute, core technology and special-purpose equipment, which significantly improved the quality of the engineering radial tires.

Currently, Triangle Tyre is capable of manufacturing engineering radial tires from 49-inch to 63-inch and has become a supplier of a number of internationally renowned engineering machinery producers.
