Zhejiang Three V to Launch New Conveyor Belt Project

In order to optimize the company’s resources and maximize investment benefits, Zhejiang Three V  Rubber Products Co.,Ltd. plans to invest 80 million yuan on a newconveyor belt project with annual capacity of 5.6 million square meters.

The project will be launched on an idled factory venue it plans to rent for use. Covering 8,194 square meters and located at Lingkou Village, Sanmen County of Zhejiang province, the venue is expected to accommodate the main facilities for the conveyor belt project, including a glue workshop, a granulation workshop, three conveyor belt production workshop and a vulcanization workshop.

With six production lines, including a 5 million sq.m./year steel cord conveyor belt, a PVC and a PVG solid woven fire resistant conveyor belt each with an annual capacity of 600,000 sq.m., the project is expected to go on operation in June 2016 and create 185 jobs.

Currently the company has an annual capacity of 250 million Am of rubber V belts and 25 million sq.m. of conveyor belts. Its fire resistant conveyor belts and textile conveyor belts have won quality accreditation from the China Rubber Industry Association.
