Wanli Tire to Close Down a Tire Production Plant
Headquarters of Wanli Tire officially moved to No.3 Wanli Road, Aotou of Conghua District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province from Feb. 1.
In 2016, the Fanyu production base of Wanli Tire in Guangdong province will cut production step by step and stop production by Dec. 31. The move is said to adapt to the request of Guangzhou’s new urbanization development.
The Conghua production base of Wanli Tire broke ground in July 2005, came on stream in Nov. 2006, and a high-performance radial tire program with annual capacity of 10 million tires officially went into operation in Aug. 2015.
The program is invested and constructed by Guangzhou Fengli Rubber & Tire and has adopted advanced environmentally friendly production technology and facilities.
Not long ago, Wanli Tire said the tire market became weaker in 2015, but the company still increased investment and made considerable achievement in output capacity, distribution channel expansion, brand visibility and R&D.
In 2016, Wanli Tire aims to achieve its development goals, build itself into an international company and a renowned Chinese tire brand.
