Aeolus suspends stocks on Shanghai exchange

Aeolus Tyre Co., Ltd stocks have been suspended on the Shanghai Stock Exchange since 28 Dec 2015 and hasn’t resumed trading.

According to an announcement dated 25 Dec 2015, Aeolus is “examining certain relevant issues,” and its stocks will be suspended until such examination is completed and results are disclosed.

The measure, it added, was “to ensure fair disclosure of information, to protect investors’ interests and to avoid abnormal stock price fluctuations.”
