GAC FCA said they had already took immediate actions in regard to China Auto Dealers Chamber of Commerce’s accusation that the company has put its dealers in suffering, but it was the lack of information that slowed down the company’s investigation.
GAC FCA wrote in its Letter of Reply that the company had already replied the Chamber twice on November 23rd and December 9thin writing and sent executives to Beijing and Guangzhou, so as to communicate with the Chamber in person. But the Chamber failed to state the details and factual basis to support their accusation and that’s why GAC FCA couldn’t verify the real situation.
Meanwhile, GAC FCA also wrote that they had taken multiple actions to improve the dealers’ situation, including growing their dealers with enhanced capability in operation, team management, market promotion and network marketing. The company also agreed to settle the dealers’ sales discount on a monthly basis, other than by quarters.
GAC FCA hoped they could cooperate with industrial organizations, including the Chamber, to promote the harmonious development of China’s auto industry.
